Lesson rate shown is for transparency and accountablility purposes. Please kindly take note, lesson fees to be paid 1st week of the month for ease of accounting. Fees are paid for current month. Fees will not be reimbursed for non-attendance nor to be carried forward next month(Unless for specific health reasons). Students are allowed to join other class to make up for missed lesson. *Kindly remove all shoes before entering institute and keep them in shoe rack.
*Practice early arrival 10- 15-min prior to class begins to create a calm and
*Wear appropriate comfortable clothings, e.g. t-shirt, long pants.
*Kindly switch off mobile phone to avoid distraction/interruption during class.
*Talking/laughing too loudly would cause disturbance to others. Be kind to others.
*Minimise or remove jewelleries, watch, earrings, necklace, during practice to prevent injury.
*Long hair should be combed properly to avoid getting in the way during asana.
*Heavy meal to be taken 4 - 4.5 hrs before asana. Heavy liquid (milo/nestum)
to be taken 1 hr before asana.
